Country Manager

Being a Country Manager at Axiom Academic means driving the agency’s development in your city. You are the main point of contact for the families, students and tutors in your area, and you grow the Axiom Academic community locally.

Your missions

  • Build local partnerships

    Identify and build partnerships with those who share your families: schools, associations and expat networks.

  • Grow Axiom Academic’s reach

    Make our services known within your city’s expat community, online and on the ground.

  • Support families

    Answer families, understand their needs and match them with the most suitable tutor.

  • Safeguard quality

    Track satisfaction, gather feedback and ensure support that lives up to Axiom Academic’s standards.

The profile we are looking for

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, a commercial flair and management skills.
  • Fluent French and English (the local language is a plus).
  • A university degree.
  • A good knowledge of your city’s expat community.
  • Familiarity with the French, British and IB curricula, and the private-tutoring market.
