AxEd Middle East LLC — a limited liability company registered under number 2220791.01, with its registered office at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This entity is the data controller for operations carried out in the United Arab Emirates and other Gulf countries.

AxEd INTL Pte. Ltd. — an exempt private company limited by shares registered under number 202438969N, with its registered office at 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049422. This entity is the data controller for operations carried out in Singapore, Southeast Asia and everywhere else in the world, except the United Arab Emirates.

Both entities operate together under the commercial brand Axiom Academic.

When you book and pay for a lesson, payment data is collected and processed directly by our provider Stripe. Axiom Academic does not store any banking data on its servers.

Prospects (information requests that did not result in a contract): 3 years from the last contact.
Customers (families who have subscribed to at least one course): 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship.
Accounting and invoicing data: 10 years (legal obligation).
Browsing data and cookies: 13 months maximum.
Newsletter subscribers: until consent is withdrawn.

At the end of these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymised for statistical purposes.
